parking with content?

just had www.cheap-florida-holiday.com appraised.

Got some good advice. A was told to "Seo it properly."

If i parked it would I need to sort the seo, or would sedo do all that

If i parked can i put content on it?

is this domain worth parking?

also what does imo mean again?

it's simply the first domain i bought to either park or run affliate program on.

i checked how many times " cheap florida holiday" was typed in, i'm sure it maybe call overture? because i know it the choice destination of many people around this year.

Also checked alternatives,

cheapfloridaholidays.com was taken
cheap-florida-holidays.com was also taken

can i ask why you want to know?

As Admin suggested in your other thread, the domain isn't going to be worth much.

From what I had gathered, you appeared relatively new to domains and I wondered if you had read many threads on the forum, with regards to value, ideas on purchase, SEO etc etc...

The thing that kills the domain for me is the "-" one may be two is a definiate no no. Don't get me wrong, the germans prefer "-" to separate words Ie. to-let.com is better that tolet.com

So my advise is, spend a couple of days reading, look at a fews parking sites such as www.namedrive.co.uk etc that way you will probably make some better investments..

two hypens only kills the name if you want to sell it as a new reg.

if you spend time to develop the site and do some good seo then it could be worth while and the value would increase.

or you could create an affiliate site, either way its not gonna be a quick buck. you gonna need to work for it

My second highest earning domain (a .co.uk) on Sedo Pro is a (single) hyphen, so I do see potential in hyphenated domains to make PPC revenue, as long as the keywords in the name attract traffic.

I have found msn loves keyword domain names (doesn't matter about dashes) and will often put you in the top 10 if you set up a half decent seo'd site. So it would be better IMO to develop and get affiliated.
