Any offers on P-J.co.uk (caught yesterday)? It has a history that goes back to 1997 (http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://p-j.co.uk) - but seems to have been used very little over the past few years.
I also have KidsShoes.org.uk listed on DL which has a decent CPC and local exacts: http://domainlore.co.uk/auctions/gems_id/1375
