We just sold a domain and I set about initiating a transfer, but it has become a minor headache.
The domain was on a third party Tag and I could not find the Nominet Online account. I moved the domain back to our Tag and found that there was no admin email. I have restored the admin email but I am still unable to locate the account, now waiting for guidance from Nominet.
Has anyone else experienced this problem, and resolved it?
