i have regged all of them via 1and1 around 3 hours ago. so thats why its showing up still as not regged. i can prove this

It's a good idea to wait for them to be registered under your name before you post them for sale. Not sure of the technicalities but I think someone could register one of those domains with another registrar and it will appear under their name.

123-reg and Heart Internet, amongst others, register domains under your name within minutes.
