I've had a chat with a friend this afternoon and he's going to try to develop it - reviews, forum, affiliate ads etc. I think he has quite big plans.

Incidently, I also have OnlineHotelReviews.co.uk, which I think I'll be looking to sell.

Holiday review sites can be successful, but you have to put the development effort in to get the return out. Yes, your domain fits the bill, but value will only be created by development effort, thus limiting the domain's value.
