Might be nice if traffic and people used the service.

Personally I wouldnt as it's too hard to set up but

Having companies post there new address when they move premises would be one idea.

But..... a lot of people would seen an annoucement on a website anyway saying we are moving offices.

One of those domains that you got to sit on and hope really.

Forgetting the obvious but obviously be idea for a company that relocates companys or helps them move etc, or even a industrial property agent.

Some value here, suggest you approach relevant companies and offer it to them for best sale, not huge value but worth something if you find the right buyer.
