Selling a new project: OfficeSearch.com due to my poor health

It is a hands off Worldwide office brokerage, using the sales systems of the big 3 office companies - Regus group, WeWork and Industrious (4,786 locations in total) - you get 10% commission on sales made, so is very lucrative as I know from previous businesses.

The site is nearly done. I’ve started to add locations and the content is hand written. I have another 200 written locations to add (250 words in the right format) it takes a human 10 mins to add a location. Obviously you could automate, up to you.

• Gravity forms, advanced custom fields, toast
• YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@OfficeSearchcom), video creator subscription included for another 10 months
• The lead gen is via gravity forms, I have paused the forms, but it was starting to generate leads.
• You can do your own research as to ranking but it will work with time and all content is human written, no shortcuts.
