Hi Guys,

I am possibly looking to sell the following website. It is Oak Dining Table and Chairs | Dining Room Furniture Sets

It is a custom designed theme, running off Wordpress. It has been competing in the Oak furniture thread that was started back in October here on A4U: Going Head to Head with an A4U member with rival sites

£183.61 - Oak Furniture Land
£30.61 - Pine Solutions
£11.76 - Oak Furniture Solutions
£8.06 - eBay Partner Network

Total Earnings: 234.04

The site took a little bit of time to get indexed and pick up traffic, all the commission listed above has occured in 2010 - there was no earnings in October/November/December.

All the content on the website was uniquely written for the site.

It's a great site for someone to build on now, I don't have the time to keep adding fresh content and building links - it has shown itself to be a site that converts very nicely, and all it needs now is for someone to really push it.

Visitor Stats:

Jan: 485
Feb: 386

I have not added any content to the site since January I think - so really could do with a fresh injection now!

I have about ten posts ready to go in the admin section with pictures uploaded etc. But these posts have the merchants descriptions in, so you would just simply need to go through and rewrite these - should take more than an hour or two!

Any ideas on a BIN?
I might be interested as I am looking for sites with £xxx income per month but prefer a good 12 months of earnings really as its hard to determine value based on only a couple of months income.

I'm interested but would need to see more proven months of income to take the punt.
Looks like feb had much less in the way of traffic representing a fair % of difference. Obviously one would worry it may have a downward trend.

Promising site, I am interested, do you have a breakdown by month of the revenue?

How is the affiliation managed? Is it an AW type of arrangement?

Lack of EPN is only a small issue on my part, I guess after a while they may accept me into the programme.
