Not sure what to do!

Hi,
I am pretty new to buying and selling domains, and have yet to make a sale.
However, I have been contacted by somebody who wants to buy one of my domains.
The domain is www.dentyl.com
The person who wants to buy the domain is from the company DentalPH who are apparently the second biggest mouthwash company in the UK.
Anyway, they own all the other domains, e.g. www.dentalph.com,.co.uk but not dental.com
I got an email a couple of days ago saying that they were interested in acquiring the domain and whether we could come to some agreement.
How much should i ask for the domain?
I have checked on the patent website, and there is no trademark for dentyl, but there is one for dentylPH.
Is sedo the best way to transfer?
Any help would be much appreciated and I will make a donation to the site when the sale goes through!

You can ask them to make an offer or more likely they will ask yet to name your asking price.

The price is the asking price and is in Dollars.
I would say your name is better than these so would start off asking for offers in the region of £x,xxx - you can always come down.

Sedo will charge you for the sale and it will take longer to go through although it is a secure transaction. You could do a web search for any other "escrow" service (basically a third party middle man service) to do the transfer for you and it may be cheaper.

You should check 1and1 terms for their transfer fees and process so that you can add that to your profit calculation and also check how long it may take to pass over the name.

So, agree a price, source an Escrow service, do the deal.
