To transfer ownership of a UK Domain Name, follow this:

Download the transfer forms relevant to the Domain Name, example:

To: <Paul.Eynstone@nominet.org.uk>
Subject: Transfer Forms mydomain.co.uk

Paul,

Please send me the transfer forms for mydomain.co.uk to

Your Address

Once you have the Nominet forms, complete this letter:

Dear Nominet,

Please find enclosed a completed Transfer of Domain Name Registration form, transferring the name to:

Buyer Name

We enclose/do not have the Registration Certificate.

If they are paying the Nominet transfer fees, then you do not need to send any money.

To fully release the domain, you will have to get your ISP to change the IPS TAG to that of the buyer. See here for more on this:
