A tale of domainer greed. For those of you old enough to remember Radio 1 DJ days I had judgejules.co.uk once. Bought it for £75 Had an official offer of 1k I went back with 5k. Never had another offer hung on to it for years and now it's free to reg. Rinse and repeat this for about 90% of domainers. The moral is buyers often don't need the domain as much as you think and will make do even to the detriment of the business long term.

I'm sure there's more than one Nicola Roberts out there. I know a Nicola Roberts who isnt famous but would still like her own name domain
