You know, sort of "The tall guy on the 9.45 to Buxton with the long tartan scarf - I think he is gorgeous and I'd love to meet up for a drink" along with (hidden) contact mechanism. As the website expanded, you could create searches for each area of the UK, so people could satisfy their vanity and search to see if anyone is admiring them or interested in a hook up.
I'm almost tempted myself because I think it has potential and one of those random possibilities of generating income through ads and traffic.
