Hi
Not sure about this new transfer system for .com transfers (.co.uk transfers seem OK). We're asked not to email any longer, but you can never tell if a message posted in the transfer centre is being read as you don't receive any acknowledgement. Just received this message on a dot com transfer
"We have asked the buyer to start the transfer of the domain at his provider GoDaddy.
You will shortly receive an e-mail from GoDaddy at your admin-c address. This will contain the transaction ID and the security code. Please write down these data at “Transfer Details”."
Yet when I'd received the GoDaddy email yesterday I posted a copy of it into the the transfer centre comments section and this included the transaction ID and security code. Even so I went to the "Transfer Details" page as suggested but there is no box or area to even record the transaction ID and security code. I think the old email method was far simpler and quicker. It would help if you provided the email address of the buyer so that we could at least send the details direct thus speeding up the process.
Thanks
Nigel
