New Post indicator on all the time?

Is anyone else having a problem with the forum, seems to be since the last update.

This indicator in the index never seems to go away, all the forums have new posts all the time, even though I log into this forum more than 5 times a day, posts from last month are still showing new.

It's only a small thing, but it does make browsing for new posts harder work.

Have you tried selecting the [Mark Forums Read] option under the [Quick Links] Menu bar?

Yup - that solved it for me, I didnt know there was still a button there so did a direct link forumdisplay.php?do=markread at the end of the url.

Yep I was also struggling with keeping up with so many new posts, but now all sorted

This is not working for me as well. Something is not right. Previously and as on other forums the threads were all set to being read when I left.

Try logging out of this forum and then delete a you cookies and re-log back in again.

We had to change the forum read marking method after the forum upgrade. Try clearing your web cache and the use the Mark All Forums Read link.
