Kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it? I'd guess that most domains in the fixed price section already fall under the £50 price point.

I'd reconsider that decision. What do other members think?

I think it's a great move if it means that the fixed price section ends up containing only over >50 pound domains. Saves having to go through page after page of so-so names.

Indifferent to the decision, basement in my mind would be a smaller amount (<£15). After all you can get a drop slot for £30-£50.

It won't prevent so-so names being listed for >£50 in the fixed price section. ;)

I try not to clutter up the fixed price section with every name I catch in a separate topic.
So every couple of weeks I put up a list, with fixed prices.

They are not really bargain basement or portfolios and I don't post at inflated prices. So where do I go now?

I think £10 ruins the industry, £50 a good bet, in a month or so I wont be selling many names under £100 so it's a good move. And catching for £30 is a bargain and not always because those catching aren't loading the better names for clients. Anything under £50 should be considered a bargain, if you consider the past and not the recession.

It's aimed more for the Buyers beware may be dropping names that need renewing right away market. So domains that are in suspended state and you want to give them a flick at reg. fee.

But wasn't the whole concept behind the creation of that forum that domains sold there are sold on a cost recovery basis?

One domain per post? I missed that and only allowed one every 24 hours, recession just got harder, glad I sold the house haha hope it completes.
