_co_uk Network of Finance Sites ** Must See **

Hi all

I have a network of 60 blogs I'd like to sell. I'll provide basic info here and if anyone is interested then I'd be happy to provide a list of domains.

Money***outlet***co.uk is one of the sites (the nicest to be honest) - obviously subtract the ***

Here are the basics:

1) 60 finance blogs - all .co.uk and .org.uk

2) Most are new to having content, ie only a few months old but all domains at least 10 months old

3) About 10% of the blogs now have over 10 pages, one as many as 500 indexed.

4) Even if someone bought the network now, I will make sure each site has a premium wordpress theme, custom header graphic (basic but custom), at least 5-10 pages per site

5) 2 have PR: PR 3 and PR 2. The next update (Dec/Jan) should hopefully see some improve

6) All sites are indexed, all have sitemaps submitted to G/Y/MSN.

7) All sites optmized for SEO, Adsense, and can have affiliate banners if you like

8 ) At the moment monthly earnings are around $600-$700/month for the whole network = $7,200-$8,400/year. But, much MUCH more potential than that The more I add content to the blogs, the more my Adsense is increasing

9) On page 1 in Yahoo for keyword "cheap personal loans", "compare car loans", etc. - haven't SEO'ed the site in a while so I'm sure more words could hit page one

10) A few a claimed on Technorati

Revenue model:

At the moment the network earns in 3 ways.

1) Adsense
2) Leadbay form (however, if someone had a better deal than leadbay (who keep rejected leads due to credit crisis) then earnings could be much more...know of any mortgage/loan/debt brokers willing to pay?)
3) Backlink sales*

* Just to mention about backlink sales - I've got 2 clients paying for backlinks for the whole network and one guy bought into the network with the majority of sites only having a couple pages at the time. Overall 4 clients paying for backlinks - 2 pay for the network, 1 pays only on one site, another pays on 10 sites only

After speaking with a couple of cool people here I've decided to put the option of purchasing any one of my sites/domains individually as a "network" could be too intimidating for someone to purchase (in terms of managing so many sites).

So, if anyone would like a list of my domains/sites then please let me know and perhaps there's a gem in there you'd consider purchasing.

To state the obvious, as the network would be broken then the overall monthly earnings would reflect this.

Hope it's ok to revive this thread briefly.

I'm looking to sell my network as the original post mentioned. I'll admit, several people sent PMs and no one bought the network...perhaps I was asking too much, perhaps 60 finance blogs is too much to handle??

Anyway, I've recently upgraded 59 of the 60 blogs to a "premium (paid)" wordpress theme and fully monetized each.

Also, I'm in the process of uploading 300 articles to about 50 of the sites which will be done over the course of this week.

Average earnings in the network, since August 08, and including up to 13th January 09 is around $444/month ($490/month without January). I apologise from the original post saying $600/$700. I thought it was that much but after reviewing all income sources the total is closer to $500/month.

I've got an offer on the network and wanted to see if anyone else might be interested. I can say that I'm looking for around 12 months income but am willing to negotiate. That's a lot less than what I quoted in PMs several months ago and before each blog had a premium theme and the soon-to-be-uploaded 300 articles.

Also, since mid-November I've renewed another 24 domains til 2010.

If anyone wants to make an offer, please PM me and I'll get back to you asap.

Just to mention, the offer I received yesterday (outside of Acorn domains) is the only offer I've recieved so far but I will need to give this person an answer today.

I got up early this morning to mention this to anyone who might be interested in my network. To those who have sent PMs, I have sent a full URL list.

If you'd like more info, and are SERIOUS about making an offer, I'll need to know ASAP as I would prefer to make a decision today. Sorry, not trying to be pushy.

Just to mention, even though I've not added much content to my network lately other than new themes/logos, I just added 5 articles to one site last night (out of 300 I have planned) and all are indexed today. All 60 sites are showing up in all 3 SEs.

Anyway, I realise people would want to see Analytics, or whatever else and as time is of the essence, I would need seriously interested parties to ask all questions as soon as possible.

Once sold I'll update this thread so you don't have to read me going on and on lol

Just wanted to update this thread and keep it short for once lol

Basically I'm accepting an offer and assume all will go well. If not and if anyone was interested, I'll update this thread mentioning my sites are up for sale again.

Another idea came to me just now, **shameless plug on its way** If anyone would like a set/network of SEO'd blogs, custom headers, etc. for any particular niche, let me know and I'd be happy to offer a competitive quote.

That's not what this thread was originally about but hey, if you don't ask you don't get.

As mentioned earlier in this thread, I am taking orders for people who would like to have a blog/blogs installed on their domains. I am building a site where people can order blogs and I'm hoping to have it done by the end of the week. I'm really looking forward to people's response. I'll create a thread when it's ready.
