I hope admin doesn't mind me posting this in here. 
But we (NFHiB) are running our National Nuisance Neighbour Survey for 2008, at the moment, and looking for UK participants who can spare 10-15 minutes or so online to complete the survey.

Everyone can complete the survey, whether they've had a past 'neighbour from hell', current neighbour problem or have been lucky enough to have never had a nuisance neighbour.
In 2006 we had over 1000 participants and so this year we're looking to at least double that.
