well these domains have never been developed, but it seems be good because all letters are latin characters. For exemple Cheap·Hotels.com as technical address xn--cheaphotels-9sa.com

And sedo boot estimated great so..

If you decide to go with the ebook it may be worthwhile giving it away for the 1st week or so to encourage downloads and reviews.

Best is to start these mini sites or blog first so that site starts getting some traffic. Once you have traffic, site start coming in search engines by some keywords then you can decide whether you like to sell ebook or want to go for affiliate program or adsense.
