Looking to sell a site created for my wife, as we now have a baby daughter and she doesn't have the time to contribute.

Age: Created nearly 4 years ago, stats back to Sept 2011
Hits: Views have been up and down over the years. This year so far, were averaging around 500uiniques / 800visits per month. Traffic mainly from Bing/Yahoo & Social Media, with a little from Google.

Main social media page I use is Facebook, with 9295 likes.
Twitter has 682 followers
Pinterest has 374 followers
Money: Currently generates $20 a month through one private Ad. On going agreement with buyer has been in place for 2 years now. £12 this year via adsense, £240 overall.
All content on the site will be included, all images etc will be yours.
A very popular, ever growing market with plenty of scope.
