All,

I can't seem to find the information from Sedo's magical website and wondered if you guys can help.

When an offer is received for a domain and the seller makes a counter-offer, what happens if a bid is placed from another party that is higher than the sellers counter-offer from the previous offer?

Thanks all.

Have a look at this topic on the subject or more than one person making offers on a domain on Sedo: http://www.acorndomains.co.uk/sedo/95400-two-bidders-one-domain.html

The seller is able to reply to both offers. Whichever buyer accepts first will get the domain. The bid thread of the other interested buyer will be closed and that buyer will see a notice that the bid thread has been closed.

Only problem is that if first bidder accepts your lower offer before you accept the higher offer from the second bidder then you will lose money.
When you will reach agreement on the first offer the second one will be automatically cancelled.
