The term has 110,000 local searches per month approx.

Just curious about a rough valuation.

That's the 'broad' search figure, it only has 58 'exact' searches, I would say it's not worth a great deal with the words being the wrong way around, low £xx at best.

Agree with Systreg. Just out of interest, did you think [mortgage best] was a high exacts search term because of the broad searches? The broad results can show words in the wrong order.
