mortgage website - between 25-50 leads a month from serps

Not quite sure what to do with this.

I have a FTB mortgage website which gets on average 5-10 u/v a day from natural serps and is on the front page of google for a few good mortgage keywords / searches. The site design is not very good, but it is seo'd quite well as you can tell.

It had 182 u/v in Jan 08
It had 185 u/v in Feb 08
It has had 49 u/v so far in Mar 08

It varies between 25-50 leads a month all generated from SERPS and no PPC at all.

The leads are invaluable to a mortgage broker as currently I have a mortgage broker buying them from me for a paltry £5 each. I know that these leads are worth alot more than this, but settling for this at the moment due to the current mortgage climate etc.

Not sure what to do for the long run, as this site is now 10 months old and very well established in all the major search engines (google / yahoo)

Any advice would be greatful, as this could be an awesome opportunity for someone looking to make some decent money with no PPC spending.

I am not 100% sure if I should sell it or not, as if I do sell it would be for a decent value.

Mortgage website

Can you please PM me further details about the site, the url, the type of leads (mortgage or re-mortgages), the value of the mortgages and the conversion rate by the mortgage broker that is currently buying the leads. Could you also PM me an example lead please.

daytime / mobile number
loan amount
house number
address
purpose of mortgage
postcode

They broker will not tell me the amount that converts as obviously he would have to pay more for the leads if he done that.

The site will be sold at 8pm tonight for £3,000 as I have had a firm offer and one which I will be accepting.
