Wanted: Domain Appraisal mortgage-calculator*eu

It's been some time since I posted anything on the forum... It is the only .eu domain I currently own and the first one I actually consider developing. So my question is what do you guys think about its value as a domain only, as well as its development potential.

i'd let it drop, dont waste your time.

you won't rank it unless you spam it to buggery, and even then i'm wondering how easy it is to rank a .eu domain compared to a .uk. harder, I would have thought.
