Making groundless accusations sounds very suspicious and makes me doubt about the posts' objectivity.
None of the guys who's posted below has requested any additional info about my website and in my opinion the posts are pointless with the only purpose to destroy someones's reputation and to lower the price to an unacceptable minimum. That's why the questionable website is off this market place.
I hope everybody is happy now.

Have a wonderful Christmas time :)

There is a very good lesson in link building and link manipulation here.

As for two years earnings from a site that has earnt very little until recently. That's not gonna happen.

Do you have another mobile site with the same amount of links I saw when I followed your yahoo explored link?

What were the earnings last October?

I don't understand your point - why do I need to have another site?
I can give you the earning from last year of course :)
If you would be so kind just PM me and make me an offer - I'll be very happy to know how much would you pay for it.
Finally - if the site makes currently £2,000 £2,600 per month why would I sell it for less that the 24 month equivalent?

Cheers

Where were the links bought from... pm me if you want.

Don't want to make an offer if its going to be blacked by google :)

Why sell it at all mate?
Change of plans :) I'm very busy and I simply don't have the time to run it anymore.

Yes, you don't have to make an offer if you don't like the site. I respect your opinion, but from my point of view there is nothing wrong with the way I am advertising my site :)

I am sorry, but I don't have the time and I will not answer any more to all of you who DO NOT want to buy this website. I am interested in serious offers only.

Thanks

It doesn't work that way though. You can't seriously expect someone to give you £50k, but then refuse to answer questions about important issues such as the backlinks.

Since you posted how many links you have, and how much you earned per month, perhaps it'd be fair if you mentioned you've done it with paid links, and how much they are costing you? As nobody cares about revenue, they care about profit.

You're going to need to give a monthly breakdown too. Nobody is going to give you a 24 month multiplier if traffic and/or earnings is trending downwards.

Mobile aff schemes are notorious for not paying out (customers returning handsets, fraud etc). Is your revenue figure "cash in the bank" ?

Site has sold I see according to original post edit... did it sell on here for your ~£50k price? Eagerly waiting to see the change of WHOIS details on mobiledealstop.co.uk ;)

Yes, I have quoted the invoices, if I include the pending payment commissions I will have to add at least £4000 to the amount above.
And yes, I have marked the site as sold, just because I am not happy with the responses I've received here. Not a very welcoming forum for a new member!
I gave you the revenue figures and this is what I have received from my affiliate partners paid into my bank account.
I wanted to sell the website, not my business which includes my business partners, the taxes I am paying, my monthly outgoings, how many cups of coffee I need in order to work until 1am etc. If I decide to sell my entire business I will include these.
If I sell the site the buyer will get the domain, the files and the hosting, not my business relationships. How I have managed to build this site, how many working hours it costs me, my knowledge, the methods I am using to promote it and to drive traffic are not for sale. Just the bare website. Who ever gets it must start from scratch with everything - this includes the required knowledge to run and update the site and his/hers own methods to promote it.

So as for now please consider the site as sold :)

Thank you, guys ;)

with·drawn
   wɪðˈdrɔn, wɪθ Spelled with-drawn

–verb
1.
pp. of withdraw.
–adjective
2.
removed from circulation, contact, competition, etc.
3.
shy; retiring; reticent.

Perhaps a more useful term?

You have to look at it from our point of view,

You are new to the forum, no history of credibility, nobody to vouch for your character and within minutes of turning up wanting £50k of cash from someone on the basis of 2 paragraphs.

If you think people are harsh, then fair enough but quite tolerent is my assessment of what the situation would be.

Lol, you must be joking. The methods you use to promote it (the link buying) are the only reason its ranking or getting any traffic. If you're selling a £100 blog then fair enough, tell people to buy it as-is or not at all. There is zero chance of you selling a 5 figure site under these terms. Why bother even posting here? Go take it to digitalpoint or flippa if you want to play those games...

How can you expect to sell it for a revenue multiple if you aren't including any useful information to a buyer about how it makes money or even what the actual profit is from those figures? Selling for that kind of price is more of an income stream/business in my eyes rather than just a bare bones website

If you are selling just the website as a system without any of the above, a buyer may as well just pay someone savvy with WordPress to create them something similar for a fraction of the cost. Then they can worry about how to promote it and make it successful (which they would have to do anyway if they bought yours...)

As I've mentioned - I don't sell it any more here and thanks for the English lesson.
It would be more acceptable for me to answer any appropriate questions about the price I would accept (nobody has offered a price!) and how I'm bringing the traffic etc, not to defend my self and my business! You could continue blaming me, but I can assure you - there's no point! I haven't forced anybody to buy my site - I wanted to try and sell it for the best possible price - where's the problem? If nobody wants to pay and buy it - fair enough! I'll keep it for myself. I don't want to continue reading rude accusations how I'm destroying the internet and Google in particular... this is ridiculous

I will not return here any more simply because I don't feel guilty, I don't think I'm stupid just because my first language is not English (by the way it's my 4th), I don't think that I'm doing something so bad just because I'm running an affiliate website and I have to promote it somehow ........ and in the end I need to work, not to waste my time.
