It's just the fact heart left me there wondering what the 'ck was going on. That enraged me more, then to see it get taken by heart. I took too long, if I regd it as soon as I licked my lips then it would have been mine. I'll get over it, I just need to calm down.

My business policy is don't buy domains above base price and only in exceptional circumstances book a catcher. Thanks for the offer though. If you PM me what you want for it, I'll have a think.

nominet whois is on a go slow today so that wouldn't have helped matters either, hearts failsafe is at payment stage not whois check.

So you can still select at search stage, but get through to payment stage and it show as 0.00 but instead of stating "domain already bought through heartinternet by another customer" it says "You must have all valid payment details before you can purchase your basket."

Making you think you've buggered up your payment somehow. Now I know that, it won't be so vexing. Domain registration is time critical, I'm the idiot for not registering it straight away, it would be bleeding quicker if they didn't have the godaddy sales pitch and there was a quick reg button.

123-reg have done the same thing to me. What annoys me is they cant get the money out of your account quick enough.. but it takes them long enough to realise that they (ok.. perhaps its my fault) were too slow reg'ing the domain and someone else has now got it.... a few more days before they send the money back

edit: ... wait.. I lied... 2 weeks later and they still have refunded me. 'ckers!
