Since you asked ... I would say it has no resale value. The reason is that it would be easy to think of another available domain that served the same purpose. The type of person starting a site like this also wouldn't want to pay much for the domain, they would just find a free to reg one. When it comes to three words, there are lots of options. I think you'll find this extremely hard if not impossible to sell.
