Wanted: Website Low earning sites- niches (science/sport/home/garden etc)

Hi All,

New to all this but am looking to pick up a couple of low earning sites i.e few quid a month

These must be wordpress based as I'm not au fait with anything else. Dont really mind the niche, but anything science, sport, home/garden related would be great.

Dont really mind what the income stream is or how big the search term is (in fact probably the smaller the better).

Budget is "about" £250

I have the site www.cheesesauce.co.uk which gets around 4,000 uniquie visitors per month (10k+ pageviews) as it's top in the UK and for cheese sauce (10k exacts) and blue cheese sauce (1.3k exacts) and either first or second in the states for both depending on which day you look.

Built on Wordpress - nothing done apart from Ad tweaks (the CTR is a very low 1.23% which I'm sure could be improved).

It made £13.24 in March and has already made £15.10 this month.

It's currently a PR2 but predicted to be a PR3

I'm looking for £350 for this site.
