I'm new to selling but I do believe that you can push the domains to a new owner for free if they are registered with the same provider...

I register with Telivo.com and I think that if a buyer registers with them I can just transfer ownership to that account

You may be able to transfer the domain as in that person will have control of dns etc... but it will still be owned by you in nominets eyes until you transfer the domain using their transfer process. £10.
