Implies low budget because you think the work is quick/easy. And it might be - for someone who's spent years learning and honing their craft
If this is for a no/low budget startup, I would honestly type your brand into https://fonts.google.com/, find one you like to download, and spend half an hour messing with it in Gimp, stick it in a box or something
If you're a web designer you should have an eye for what works
You can always get a pro or an agency in when the revenue justifies it
