Upside any service that expands the liveable area of London will always have a demand?

Downsides EMD match has had a hammering; many builders are not internet knowledgeable (harder to convince them of the benefits?) Those requiring the service tend to want “local firms” or search for builders e.g. loft conversions Hammersmith, Builders Hammersmith, often use recommendations and get more than one quote? So although you get to quote you won’t be the only one? and a bit long for the side of a van etc?
Listing high might even be a disadvantage (some see it’s as equating too higher prices in the home improvement game?) Try all with pay for adds low xxxx if you get no bites stick up a holding page and move on it’s either all or nothing type name to me ?
