NOW SOLD
I'm offering my www.Loan-Line.co.uk domain and site for sale, or just the domain if you don't want the html site I made using a free template.
START OF EDIT:
Due to the PM interest in these names, I'll now accept offers in topic or by PM, and I'm happy for admin to verify any PM offers if requested.
BIN £1200 and this auction ends tonight (Jan 19th) at 10:00pm.
Don't forget, the sale will also include these 4 domain names on the same transfer:
PaydayLoansService.co.uk - (site included if wanted, no earnings yet)
Loan-Link.co.uk - (pre reg date 1999) (pre drop history http://wayback.archive.org/web/*/http://Loan-Link.co.uk)
TenantLoans.org.uk - (nice name in it's own right)
LoansSecured.org.uk
Sniping rules apply, 10 minutes added to the end time for any bids made in the last 10 minutes, and 10 minutes added for each offer thereafter until no further bids in a 10 minute period.
END OF EDIT
History for the domain from when it was registered in 1998 until it dropped last year:
http://wayback.archive.org/web/*/http://loan-line.co.uk
There has been no seo done on the site, there are no written articles on it either, there have been no back links added apart from the 31 links already in place from when the domain dropped, so, there's plenty of things potential buyers can do to improve ranking for whatever keywords and increase commissions.
The site is just 4 basic pages and a contact page, personally, I wouldn't even bother with the site, you would probably get better earnings by making a new user friendly site instead. These are the months for which there have been the following earnings:
Although there are only commissions from July 2011, the site first went online in late February.
The site uses www.leadaffinity.com for the loan application forms, about 10% of applications get confirmed.
Screenshots from my Lead Affinity account showing the accepted loans, names, email addresses and post codes of the applicants blanked out (EDIT to clarify for someone who asked via PM, these accepted loans were all payday loan applications):
The spike in commission in November was due to another loan company who operate multiple payday loans/loans sites, they did an sms campaign which resulted in people Googling the loans domain name contained in sms message, and my site ranked top for all variations of their domain name searched for, so I got a lot of extra commissions for that month.
It gets a few hits every day, anything from a couple to a dozen or so, but that has been increasing so far this month.
Anything else you need to know?
[edited to add]
Someone offered £250 via PM, I've replied saying offers in topic only, and that I wouldn't accept £250 for it anyway. Someone else sent a PM asking for any visitor stats, these are from Google Analytics for the period 20th Feb 2011 - 10th Jan 2012:
Payment by PayPal, buyer pays Nominet fee, immediate transfer.
