Thanks, should work for most people but be aware of your exposure to currency fluctuations (for buyer and seller I assume)? "Monthly payments are fixed in USD currency terms. Total price and your subsequent monthly payments are subject to change based on currency conversion rates."

So the best option is still to run it via Escrow.com in GBP with a true Escrow service and MUCH lower rates! I accept more suitable for larger transactions.
