If someone was interested in such a project and had the commitment, it is a nice domain and it would easily pay for itself with a well developed site, especially if you could sell your own product from it. I'm sure more and more parents will be turning to the internet to help in their child's education.

Fortunately I know someone with the knowledge to develop this particular name in the way you suggested.

With the prices they're currently commanding it does seem to make more sense to develop org.uk domains than sell them.
