Looking for offers for this website. It's around 4 and a half years old, PR4, well indexed, averages between 1500 & 1750 visits per month (all organic). Under monetised with a lot of potential (esp. in banner/text link advertising). I've very recently discovered text ad links, sold 1 @ $40 pm, huge scope for many more. Recently had an email out of the blue from a huge corporate publisher in this sector looking to buy banner ads.

Not a lot at the moment. Adsense is targeting professional services at students, so click through isn't great (£4.48 from 1/9 to 17/9 from 8 clicks). Text links - just the one at $40 p/m (though I only signed up to TLA a couple of weeks ago). In talks with a publisher for £60 p/m banner advertising...

So a lot of potential, it just needs someone with more experience to make a go of it.

This deal went through today, so anyone that wants to buy will have at least 3 months of £60 p/m banner advertising revenue.

Is there anywhere decent I can put it up for auction?

Still looking for a buyer for this site, revenue was $92 in Oct last year and has been $119.50 p/m since. Also made a one-off £180 in banner ad revenues Oct-Dec last year which has been spent on an upgrade to VB4. Looking for offers in the region of 12 months revenue. Please don't piss me about by offering 300 quid

Since it seems that there are banner agreements and so forth on the verge of being in place, perhaps it'd be a good idea to better monetise the site before selling. If you wait a while and manifest some of the sites potential, you'll have more peple wanting to buy for a better price.

The banner agreement was short term only. I'd say $120 p/m is reasonably monetised?
