Firstly, great name, and lots of potential (as long as she keeps selling records). But there is a problem here - the traffic levels the domain has enjoyed due to the forum will collapse if they haven't already due to the forum being taken down. So the traffic levels you quote are not representative of the traffic the domain will attract without those 10,000s of forum posts. How come the domain isn't being sold with the forum? As a package it would have been much more valuable.

Also have there been any legal issues related to accusations of passing off as the official kylie minogue website?

The traffic that it gets (50,000-100,000 per month) has been sustained ever since so I highly doubt that the traffic will drop off any time soon. This is mainly because it still ranks number 1 for the terms mentioned above despite not having the forum there for over 2 years.
