Thanks Wayne, I was quite happy with this one, funnily enough, I bought it on this very day in 2011.
They offered the guide price which I thought was a fair price, so I didn't bother countering on this occasion, although I may have got more had I countered, then again, they could have cancelled, who knows, a good sale was the safe bet.
