Keyword Optimisation

Apologies for all my posts these past two days, I seem to be on auto brainstorm at the moment. Probably 'cause I'm on nights, I always work better then.

The question; on sedo it states you can only get a pro to enter known quality keywords if you have over 10 uniques a day on the domains. Do they do a paid service?

The reason I ask is (not sure if I did the keyword myself) I got a click on one domain and whereas the most I've got all round since I started was a click for 22 mini-euros, I saw a .83 mini-euros today. Which has woken me up.

I think I'm doing myself an injustice. If I get accepted by sedopro, I think they go through all my domains and do this so I'll hold off before blagging a free MOT. But I presume it's worth having it done? they would put in the better priced keywords wouldn't they?

For instance, if I could find an holiday keyword that does better than 0.15 MEs I'll feel a lot better. Mini euros... do they really call them cents? How confusing. Mini euros it is.

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. Typically our optimization team will stick to domains with traffic, i.e., with more than 10 views. However, we can also optimize domains that have not been parked yet so that when they are, the keyword will be ready.

Our team is trained to optimize with click conversion in mind. That is, they optimize to try to get the best possible click through traffic for the advertisers (afterall, they pay the bills at the end of the day). This generally translates to more clicks. You do not have to pay for this service.

If you would like to have our team give your account some attention, you can go the bottom of your domain management section. There you will see a link to order optimization. Recently we have received a huge amount of requests, so we are looking into employing and training a larger team. Until then, our apologies for any delays.

Thanks, I might give it a go, as long as they don't turn my keyword suggestion of 'football' into 'soccer' again. Soccer may have been the reason for the low clicks, I've changed it to something else now though... so I'll give that a try. If that doesn't work I'll ensure they put 'football' in.

It must've been your american office getting confused between American Rugby and British Football.

As for best click through, it's the one with 50% CTR that I'd like a higher CPC for. I might submit it tonight - although I'm waiting to hear from sedopro, I'll make a note of current keywords first though.
