Wanted: Domain Appraisal Is My Domain Really Woth That Much?

Hi. I just tried the Netsol Domain Appraisal tool since I am looking into selling my domain.
The Domain Name is: YayGames.com

The NetSol tool said it was worth:
$11,275.00 - $14,025.00 USD

and SwiftAppraisal.com said it was worth:
$ 9,300 - 14,000 USD

I would be happy with even $2000!!!

Does anyone think that my domain is worth that much, and if not, how much do you think it's worth?

Sorry, I mean $50. I am assuming its undeveloped and has no traffic...if I'm wrong that could change things.
