iphone update 3.01

just thought i would tell all iphone users the new 3.01 update is available via itunes
(for people who didnt know).

sms bug fix from what i can see, 280(ish) meg though so pretty big fix

I remember apple saying 'unlike microsoft we do it right first time, and don't need dozens of hotfixes, bug fixes and updates', seems to be alot of updates to me.

Microsoft replied with 'well since you have such a tiny market share you have no idea of what bugs exist', well seems now apple have a larger market share with the iPhone, microsoft was right.

I keep being tempted to try the 3gs but I have tried twice before and been disappointed both times so I can't convince myself.

Done the upgrade and all seems to have gone ok... And you were right Paul, this fixes the SMS vulnerability that was in the news recently.
