Wanted: Domain Appraisal InteriorPhotography co dot uk

Hi Guys,

I have had an enquiry on InteriorPhotography .co.uk the end user has offered £500.00. what do you think on price? I was thinking a little more than that.

Take it or try and raise him.

Domain is parked and your only earning on click thrus if any.

Just look at how much you was wanting to get for it yourself and compare that too the offer.

I have come up with two similar names both available for a tenner the pair.

If you dont want to sell, send him my way and I'll sell him my £10 domains for £500 easy.

Just checked the dot com version is reg in the states but diverts too http://www.starling.com/

The name does sound a bit better after rolling it off the tounge as it could be used as a magazine brand with some investment, a bit like horses and hounds.

But without the dot com then reasonably worthless exercise too do that

Cheers - but why wouldnt it get type ins from people looking for interior photography? And I know the domian is parked!

And who cares about the .com - that would only make my buyer look like he was located in the us - thus working against him.

Do you know anything at all? or do you just jump on every appraisal thread.

I know a lot about business I do have qualifications and have run my own business for three years.

Funny enough when I turn down £1500 for one of my domain names, do some background checking and find out a company is buying up the dot coms etc, get offered 2 grand and turn that down, but if your buyer is actually the person in the states using a broker and hoping for a cheap deal on it.

Wasnt it you posting a lot of domains up for £150 looking for a quick sale because of other projects and yet your turning down £500 which will help towards the new project?

If £500 is his first offer and you want £750 for example for it, raise him to a grand, he might say yes or no.

If he says no then he will try and drop the price, he might try and drop it to £800 but your still get £50 more than you wanted for it.
