Other acorners ask me to put it up for sale here so here it is. Whether develop or sell the name is a banker, the market is immense and this is the premier UK name for its niche, or its a perfect investor hold and wait.

I'm kicking off my fund raiser with this one, to invest in a largish eco project. I just dont have time to do anything with it, too busy with more important things. Or at least more important to me

Sorry domainseller200 I’ve been away but I’m very surprised there is only one bid here, the way things are this sale will NOT be ending any time soon. This is a xxxx name and everyone knows that.

To everyone who made a bid by pm and to those who suggested (it would be better to open up a sale string) you are conspicuous by your absence. I know some people would rather bid by pm but the question has to be why suggest this and then not bid??

I never sell this way but I thought some were trying to help so thought I'll give it a go. If anyone wants to make a reasonable bid by pm or otherwise the name is for sale.

I appreciate your thinking and thanks for the effort. Cant believe that all the other bids I've laready had didnt bid especially when a couple of well-known domainers said this was the way to go to get to a deal everyone would be happy with

Anyway thanks again mate but it looks like its going nowhere. - Wont be doing this again!!!!

No point getting upset mate, it's not cost anything to list it. People have made offers on what they think it's worth, they weren't exceptable. These things happen and everyone moves on.

As via the PM offer I made, I had the same value as domainseller200.

Personally I'd head back to the people that made the original 1k offer and take them up on it. That being said some good names just not selling ast moment and may be worth holding on for a few months till things pick up.

??? - Its not about a site "there is no site" just a holding page. The value is in the name and what you can do with it. A dead cert healthy roi, a mid-term hold, or a development opp into the insitant sites market. Whatever you choose its a winner!!
