Wanted: Domain Appraisal InsideLondon.co.uk

Hi

For some reason I like London Domains and thought if I ever see a half decent one avalable I would buy it, recently I purchased www.insidelondon.co.uk.

I know that it is not a top premium domain but I liked it and decided to put a one page mini site up to show how it could look for a buyer.

Im no web designer but would appreciate any feedback on how the one page site is looking and how much you would think I may be offered by an end user.

It will pay for itself each month anyway with the odd click throughs so its not doing any harm.

Hopefully the right person may come along and offere a decent price.

Personally I think this is a decent domain but needs to become established a little to give it some value.

I think that the name is perfect for a site about news in London, maybe a blog, keep it upto date and get some regulars followers and it could gain momentum.

Has it is now I would put it on Sedo for £500 and hope someone is looking for a London domain name.

I may well put a blog on the site and do just that, Like you say with a few followers ect and lots of traffic in a few years it may be worth lots more.

I like it. I thought 'Travel Guide' when I heard that Domain. And that could have a worldwide audience. Foreigners love to spend money on London stuff.

IMO it's not a bad name to develop into a what's on guide of some sort.
