Want to start using e-mails assocated to my website, but was thinking then don't I need to check loads of different e-mail accounts?

Is there a way where you can check all your e-mails in one account?

Setup a catch all forwarder in your domain hosting control panel to the email that you check, be careful though, your spam count will go through the roof.

When I first did this I got 1,000 emails in less than a day and crashed my mail server.

You could always set up email address' for each website and check them through a program like outlook

or send them all to a Gmail account, at least it has a built in spam filter

Ditto to that!
I've got around 35 email addys all set up to run from gmail now (ie when I reply, it replies from the email it was sent to), along with numerous more forwarding accounts.
Must admit, I get a terrible amount of spam, but I think only 1 in 300 slips through the filter now so its not all bad..... :D

Just set up a captcha contact form that uses one email address and use that for all your sites.

I think it can also be done on Outlook? ho do I set it all up on gmail?
