€2k is a good price for the domain IMO, I would have probably taken it but doesn't hurt to hold out for a better price if you don't need the money :)

I would'nt really say British Estate is a great 'Real estate' name.

I would'nt think that that many people would use the term british unless they were searching from overseas.

The Brits only really use the term 'estate' when refering to council housing estates.
