I dropcatch-ed SERVAL (both co.uk & uk). It appears to be a dictionary word, referring to a wild african cat. All major tlds registered. The .co.uk is listed in dmoz.
Please spare a few second to appraise these. Any suggestion on what to do with these will also be appreciated.

Well I'm wondering the obvious. Why catch ? if you have no idea yourself.

Reads like a shortened word for "Servitude" You Know, the old 'Dominatrix' Stuff, As you say it's certainly taken in plenty of Country Codes as well as the Gtlds. Why Not spend an hour checking out the existing users and see what's happening there. That Should tell you something

It's not an animal I have heard of, and it doesn't look like a particularly impressive animal either, so value is likely to be very limited.

Well, I'd never heard of the African cat. It's not currently a common term being used in the UK, so from pure dictionary meaning, value is limited.

However, this term could potentially be a new brand name. Serval to me sounds like a combination of serve and value. If somebody decided to use this as their brand name, then you could be on to a winner and sell it for decent money. However, the likelihood of this remains low, although it is possible ... nothing is guaranteed in domaining. Good luck.
