how do i make a flash header

Hello all, I`d like to make a header that i can have rotating comments for work that i have done, but dont have a clue how to make it or what i would need to do it? is there any tutorials on the net or can anybody give me some help?

First you will need a copy of Flash, you can get a trail version from Adobe's website, then you will need to learn how to use it, it isn't simple so be prepared.
Once you understand how it works there are lots of tutorials on the net.

Use jquery instead ^^

Hi thanks for the replys,

I really want to make something like this (its the only one i could find)

Is the process basically making a few jpegs to the size I want with text in the middle ie "Slowhost is the best I`ve ever had" on the same coloured background as the header i`m going to use?

Would this be a good start? i`m currently downloading Flash to see how tough its going to be.

I don't use Flash these days, but I did learn it for interest years ago, here's a small tutorial I did:

I would say it's "doable" yes, but it is a bit fiddly to work it all out, so it will probably take you at least 10 hours start to finish. It's the kind of thing that could be easily outsourced I reckon (not to me though lol).
