Hello, my showcase hotel site is back up for sale with a pile of new features. It is 100% automated, uses the Laterooms API for selective data calls (not the chunky CSV file) and has facilities for a general live room search and live availability search for individual properties.

There is a lot of SEO functionality built in to the site that automatically creates custom page titles, meta tags, etc. and these can all be tweaked to suit any keyword or phrase you want to target. The site is constructed so that there are 100s of pages rather than just a home page, few hotels and a laterooms widget for availability. You can either set it and forget it, or build up a very powerful and in-depth site for advantage over the competition.
Built around Drupal 6.x it's rock solid and a doddle to add and relate content. Works 100% as a normal Drupal site, all theming and coding for the hotels is completely separate and can be easily modified.
I'm pleased to say I've a baby on the way in January so the decision has been made for me to start building up a few hotel sites for sale to raise funds for a necessary house move. I've sold a few installs of the same system to others with hotel domains on the forum and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to give their opinion if asked.
This has been my development site and has spent most of its life offline for maintenance so I'm declaring no earnings or visitor statistics. This is a .co.uk domain and a City location with really good keyword search numbers.
Please do ask any questions. Open to offers.
** PM's only please **
I will update this post with any questions I answer;
Q: Can you manually change the hotel descriptions?
A: Yes, but when those hotels are updated via the laterooms API the changes you make will be over-written.
Q: Does the price automatically update?
A: Yes, the entire site is 100% automated
Q:What happens if one of the hotels stops using Late Rooms, does it vanish from the site?
A: Yes, next time the site updates from the laterooms API.
Q:What happens if a new relevant hotel is added to the late rooms inventory?
A: Whenever the site talks to the laterooms API to update, any new hotels will be added.
Note, updates can be set anywhere from every few minutes to once a year. Laterooms recommend around every four weeks, it really depends on the niche/location and size of the datafeed though as well as your hosting, and ensuring you do not make unecessary calls to the laterooms API.
