The value would be in development and even then it would be difficult to monetise as it doesn't bring up many advertises. There maybe an opportunity to develop a directory of hospices type site as there are over 4000 searches a month so maybe that is the way forward.
You may get lucky with an end user I am not sure.
The org.uk extension IMHO is ok on this name as for the most part many hospices are charitable organisations.
In terms of value it's difficult to say, if I was buying it for an information/feeder site to complement my disability/health niches I wouldn't pay more than low £xx but if an actual hospice wanted it or a developer who wanted to create a directory it could be worth £xxx.
There is also the general apathy to profiting from peoples misfortune to contend with and this limits the type of buyer interested in these kind of names.

I bought the domain many years ago to use as an alias for the site of a specific hospice I was working with. After a while they didn't want it and it has been doing nothing ever since. I'm not looking to make much money on it but, as it's going to expire soon, I thought I'd see what it was worth rather than just let it go for someone else to snap up!

As I say Steve it could be worth a couple of hundred to the right buyer so for the sake of renewal fees I would hang on to it. If you want to sell it to me for £20 I will have it for my collection but to be honest I am robbing you
