There was a horse related domain caught today and if the new owner is reading this, then tread carefully.

The owners of the .com are not pleased and I assume, based on coversations I had with them last week, discussing a DRS on this now.

I would be pretty hacked off if they did that.

As long as its used correctly I am not sure the .com lads will be able to hoof them off the name.

All in all sounds like abit of a mare - personally I would sell it for a pony and pocket the profit.

The domain's barely even registered and there's talk of a DRS - sounds a bit harsh... surely there's an opportunity to neigh-gotiate an amicable settlement

Ask them 'why the long face' :)

Hopefully this doesnt turn into a tale of WHOA!

Ok enough. My voice is going Horse as a result. Pass the cough stirrup.

Hopefully the new owner can come to an equitable agreement and not deal with the .com's plowing up old complaints, shame if the new owner was saddled with this.

never heard of em had to google it.. an ayton to a pony sounds all right to me ;)

Why don't you stop Nag-ging! I doubt the new owner will keep it furlong!:D

Who thinks this will goto DRS? We should ask Gallup to do a poll!

Not much of a clue there then.

The new owner is no novice. I'm sure he will find a solution, if there is an issue. If Stan with me.uk had registered it he would be in an interesting position.

Looks like all's in tatters.

There's little to nay chance of them trotting off to DRS as long as the new owner takes the reigns and points to a different stable.

They might get the bit between the teeth and tack the court route, but this would entail a lot of bucks and could be a bit of a nightmare.

.

I was going to add something but I didn't want to stirrup more bad horse puns.

They might be ok with it as long as they're not grassed up by their neigh-bours.
