Just hand reg'd this.

Keyword tool showing 110k exact searches.

Might be right for some cheap Amazon home supplies site.

People think the domain has any value?

Thanks
Sam

.org.uk

I think .org.uk are a waste of money.

Everyone wants .co.uk even a cheap amazon discounter.

Also is HomeBargains not a registered trade mark ok maybe not, but did you know before you registered the domain know about

HomeBargains.co.uk

the org.uk is likely to end up showing on a search to the .co.uk which is why they probably would not buy the extension off you.

SO untrue my best sales have been .org.uk but I'm afraid this one is a TM and is worth £0

What could you sell on homebargains.org.uk without conflicting the trademark of the store ?

Probably nothing that is related to your home therefore I would simply put it on Sedo at £500 and leave it there undev'd and hope they buy it of their own accord, if you approach them with it then it can be seen as passing off.

Be careful and good luck

Wow.

Wasn't expecting to start a whole .org.uk debate!

I think just for the pure search volume I will have a go at developing something.

Amazon affiliate the way to go do we think?

Any other sort of affiliate store that might work?

Ebay ending items maybe?

Don't see me selling it for much to be honest. Could pop it in a couple of places.

What about end user options, B&M, £-Stretcher ... Those sorts of places. Could I get any joy there?

Thanks for all your advice everyone!

Sam

Don't bother. You're leaving yourself wide open for a whole load of hassle. Find something else, concentrate on that.

Traffic-wise I would say the only reason the term gets much traffic is because there is a business of this name.
